We are looking for a Human Resources enthusiast to join our UNOX Team in Mexico. The ideal candidate has a background in Social sciences and will be responsible for various strategic and operational activities within the HR department. The person will report directly to the HR Manager at the UNOX headquarters (HQ) in Italy.
Main responsibilities
Recruitment
- Attracting talent for various positions while ensuring alignment with the company culture.
- Managing the recruitment process, from profile definition and job offers to onboarding.
- Partnering with employment agencies to identify the most suitable candidates.
- Coordinating and conducting interviews.
Wellbeing
- Designing and implementing initiatives aimed at improving employee wellbeing (health programs, team-building events, etc.).
- Collaborating with line managers to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
