As an Operative Recruiter focused on field recruiting and social media sourcing, you will be the driving force behind connecting local talent with meaningful job opportunities. Your work ensures our production and operations teams stay fully staffed, enabling business continuity and productivity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Publish job openings on job boards and social media to attract qualified operational talent.
• Execute field recruiting activities (job fairs, community outreach, on‑site events) to build strong local pipelines.
• Conduct candidate interviews and screening to ensure the right fit for operational roles.
• Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process to deliver timely onboarding and improve hiring speed.
• Build and maintain an active candidate database to support future hiring needs.
