Job Role:
The incumbent will manage the full employee lifecycle, drive HR initiatives, oversee engagement programs, and ensure effective recruitment and onboarding across assigned channels.
An ideal candidate should have:
- Full-time MBA/ Postgraduation in HR from a premier (Tier 1) institute
- 10+ years of experience in Business HR
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
