MILL5 is looking for a highly autonomous and strategic HR & People Operations Lead to join our Latin America team. This role is responsible for owning and continuously improving key people processes across recruitment, onboarding, culture, wellbeing, conflict resolution, performance management, and labor compliance.
The ideal candidate is proactive, process-oriented, and emotionally mature. Someone capable of working cross-functionally with leaders, employees, and internal teams. This person builds trust across the organization, maintains clear role boundaries, and brings professional communication and strong process ownership.
