HR & Payroll Operations Lead – Outsourced Services

WSH Experts PTE LTD is seeking a capable leader to head outsourced HR and Finance operations for a key client in Singapore. You will act as the main liaison between the client and the operations team, supervise HR and Finance staff, and ensure smooth daily operations while monitoring KPIs and service levels.

You will also oversee manpower planning, transition activities, and compliance with government policies, delivering monthly performance reports and driving continuous process improvements.
