Role Overview:
The HR Payroll Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, maintaining employee compensation records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting HR operations related to employee benefits and salary administration.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
· Maintain and update employee salary records, attendance, and leave data.
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax, etc.).
· Handle payroll calculations including bonuses, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
· Prepare payroll reports and salary statements.
· Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs and approvals.
· Resolve employee queries related to salary, tax, and deductions.
· Manage full & final settlement of employees.
