- Implement C&B processes and follow the regional ones (communicate to managers and employees as appropriate)
- Design process controls
Variable Pay Plans
- Gather and set up a steering committee to review the Spot/Impact bonus and provide input to respective stakeholders
- Manage the local Bonus Plan Process (policy up-to-date, plan administration, advise employees and line managers)
