Job Overview

The HR Partner role in our Builder Experience Team (BeXT) is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract focusing on the Builder experience. During this 12‑month term you can expect to do the following in your day‑to‑day:

• Influence change and foster an environment of inclusion for our Builders
• Problem‑solving and influencing in diverse populations
• Working in a fast‑paced and complex changing environment driven by continuous innovation
• Application of HR fundamentals
• Partnering with leaders at multiple levels of the organization to develop forward‑looking strategies and goals focused on the Builder experience.
