We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Ops Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR processes while promoting a positive work environment.
HR Admin Job Scope- Onboarding new employees from the moment received signed employment contract from HRBP/Recruiter
- Off-boarding existing employees from the moment received instructions from HRBP
- HR Administrative & Reporting on HR related systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Insurance & Medical Benefit Admin, Employee Shares Portal Admin, Government Surveys, Benefits Admin etc)
- Helpdesk for Employees : HR Systems Ticketing raising and following through, preparing HR Letters for employees and answer HR Queries
