We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, employee support, and HR systems management while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Location: Singapore, Singapore. Work Mode: Work from Office. Role: HR Ops Admin.
What You’ll Do- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, from receipt of signed employment contracts through pre-employment documentation, system setup, and onboarding coordination.
