About the Role
This role is hands‑on, high impact, and central to how employees experience HR globally. You will support global Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) preboarding activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within defined SLAs from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness.
Responsibilities
- Execute preboarding processes for new hires, following established procedures and ensuring data is entered and maintained correctly across HR systems.
- Assist with preboarding for senior level and high‑volume hiring, ensuring required steps and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
- Review and validate preboarding transactions such as start date updates, employee data changes, and onboarding requirements to maintain data quality.
- Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets related to preboarding inquiries and requests.
