This position directly reports to the VP of HR, requiring a proactive professional with a background in HR operations and project management. Key skills include HRIS proficiency, compliance oversight, and analytical reporting. As you support critical HR activities, you’ll ensure continuity across operations while contributing to high-priority initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute HR operations with timeliness and accuracy
• Manage HCM updates and system integrity
• Provide high-quality support throughout employee lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Facilitate HR project delivery and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field
• Progressive HR experience, especially in operations
