Overview
The HR Operations Officer is responsible for managing and executing core HR processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant HR operations. This role handles onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, leave administration, payroll coordination, and ensures adherence to HR policies and UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration & Documentation: maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, prepare and manage HR documents such as contracts, letters, forms, and official correspondence; ensure compliance with internal HR policies and UAE labor laws.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: coordinate onboarding formalities including document collection, HR orientation, system setup, and access creation; manage offboarding procedures—clearance, exit interviews, final settlement coordination.
