Our multinational client who provides solutions to improve the operational activities within the educational sector, is looking to hire a Human Resource & Operations Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Founder, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resource and operational functions across the organization. This includes leading recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, compliance and administrative operations. You will also play a critical role in building and sustaining a high-performance culture aligned with the organizations core values and principles, while ensuring efficient operational systems that support organizational growth across multiple African markets.
