Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on payroll-related issues and oversee employee benefits programs (HMO, bonuses, and perks).
• Oversee payroll accounting, budgets, forecasts, and bookkeeping to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Identify and secure a new facility and negotiate leases as needed.
• Direct maintenance and facilities staff to provide safe, functional, and productive work environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage operations to sustain service standards during growth and change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in HRBP, Accounting, Infrastructure, or Operations.
