HR Operations Lead — Payroll & Compliance

Abbott Laboratories is looking for an Assistant Manager, HR in Malaysia to oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Malaysia payroll and a strong understanding of EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.

You will manage employee benefits, support audits, and work closely with stakeholders. This role is essential in maintaining efficient HR operations in our Corporate Human Resources division.
