HR Operations Intern: Elevate Training and Onboarding

Smiths Group is seeking an HR Intern in Cuautitlán Izcalli. In this role, you will support HR operational execution, improve HR processes, and enhance employee experience through various initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a student with two years left in their studies in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. An intermediate to upper-intermediate English level is required, along with basic knowledge of training administration and onboarding processes.
