KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling multiple associates (Approximate headcount 150+) Onboarding and Separation of associates Induction and employee engagement of associates in liaison with Operations
Responsible for preparing & presenting root cause analysis reports for escalation raised by AM or associates to the business
Facilitate payroll and attendance along with respective SPOC within teams
Coordinate recruitment as per client requirement and SOW
Generate Offer Letter Requests (OLR) and ensure the smooth and timely release of the offer letter
Ensure associate is deployed as per client schedules with appropriate documentation updating software as per company guidelines
Facilitate employment contract renewals for associates
Ensure the smooth and timely handover of invoice to clients as per defined client & business guidelines
Facilitate on time payment from client
