As HR Operations and Admin Head, you will be responsible for the integrated leadership of two critical enabling functions: HR Operations (Compensation & Benefits, Payroll & Timekeeping, HR Systems) and Administration (Workplace Management, Travel, and Fleet Management). The role holder drives operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency while championing a high-performing team culture. Working in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, the HR Head, and business leaders, this position ensures that both people operations and workplace services are designed and delivered to support ARI's strategic goals and employee experience and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world.
