We’re looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join our Human Resources team at MBPS. In this role, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll operations, employee exit processes, Workday administration, tax and NSSF processing, HR Operations reporting, and audit support.
Position Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for assigned geographies.
- Manage the completion of periodic payroll and other ad‑hoc reports, as well as the preparation of year‑end processes.
- Process statutory requirements for NSSF, taxation, and audits, both internal and external within Manulife.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with all regulatory reporting requirements, guidelines, internal policies, and internal controls.
