**The Job****What**you'll**do**:- Act as system admin in the Workday ecosphere- P artner with HR process owners and operations teams across regions to understand their needs, develop metrics, collect feedback, and iterate to drive improvements- Assist in Employee Data Management (e.g., employee lifecycle transactions) and establish appropriate auditing and monitoring of HR data to ensure accuracy- Provide hands-on support of operational activities across processes, reporting, and data- Provide support related to the integration of new businesses into the Epicor HR Operations processes during Acquisitions- Oversee regulatory compliance related to employee file audits, SOX audits etc. and work with local counsel as needed- Regularly interact with colleagues and stakeholders with professional acumen up to the senior leadership level**What you likely bring**:- Must have admin experience in Workday HCM and ATS- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail/accuracy and sense of urg...
