HR Operations Analyst — Manufacturing & Attendance

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an HR Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support Time & Attendance, pre-payroll activities, and benefits administration in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will ensure accurate workforce data, assist payroll, and deliver high-quality HR service to employees and leaders.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Operations and HR teams to maintain compliance, improve processes, and enhance employee experience through data-driven insights.
