The HR Generalist is responsible for leading the company’s staffing efforts while supporting core human resource functions. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce aligned with organizational goals by managing full‑cycle recruitment and providing support across HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of recruitment strategies, HR best practices, and labor laws, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
