Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
Minimum 6 months of HR experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle HR documentation and recruitment activities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate interviews and employee-related activities
Prepare HR reports and trackers
Support day-to-day HR operations
