Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Design recruitment strategies, manage interviewing processes, and lead onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
- Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and staff, mediating disputes and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Performance & Development: Oversee performance evaluation systems and identify training and development needs for staff.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, health insurance, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Compliance: Enforce labor regulations and maintain workplace safety, ensuring the company avoids legal and reputational risks.
- Strategic Planning: Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and HR analytics.
Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
