Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
- Design and maintain compensation structures and salary matrices.
- Identify training needs and create development plans for employees.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Atleast 3–5 years of HR experience, previous experiences in advertising, media, or creative industries is an advantage but not necessary & mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and data-driven reporting.
- Experience in office facilities management and office administration is a plus.
