HR Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Design and maintain compensation structures and salary matrices.
• Identify training needs and create development plans for employees.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Atleast 3–5 years of HR experience, previous experiences in advertising, media, or creative industries is an advantage but not necessary & mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and data-driven reporting.
• Experience in office facilities management and office administration is a plus.
