We are looking for an HR Administrator to be based in Mexico. This role will be responsible for Latin America and the surrounding region.
Human Resources Work
- Recruitment management: expand and maintain local recruitment channels.
- Be fully responsible for the entire recruitment process, including resume search, screening and recommendation, efficiently coordinating and properly arranging interview schedules, handling offer issuance, contract signing, and collecting on-boarding information.
- Synchronize human resources information with the headquarters in a timely manner.
- Payroll management: accurately collect relevant information such as attendance, social security, and tax payment.
- Corporate culture building: carefully plan, organize, and carry out team cultural activities.
- Synchronize relevant cultural information and materials (pictures, videos, and texts) with the headquarters.
