We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who can manage the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted business partner to leadership and employees. This is a sole contributor role that requires a balance of operational excellence, compliance management, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, orientation, engagement, leave management, benefits, compliance, and offboarding.
- Ensure accurate HRIS data management, timely audits, and reporting.
Onboarding & Engagement
- Administer new hire onboarding and conduct orientation sessions to integrate employees effectively.
- Initiate and drive employee engagement programs to strengthen workplace culture and retention.
