HR Manager / Senior Manager (C&B & Payroll) #HMS

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / Senior Manager specializing in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Payroll to support our lean HR team at Asia Square, Singapore.

• Minimum degree holder (mandatory)
• Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Payroll
• Strong numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Hands‑on experience using Workday for employee records and staff movements
• Experience managing outsourced payroll, leave administration and employee insurance vendors
• Comfortable working in a lean HR team supporting a headcount of less than 100 employees

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding and HR operations.
• Independently oversee monthly payroll, leave administration and annual tax filing with outsourced payroll vendors.
