Our client is launching a manufacturing operation in Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León, and is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to build and lead the Human Resources function from the ground up. This role will partner with corporate leadership to develop and
execute HR strategies, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws while fostering a
strong organizational culture in a dynamic plant environment.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on
manufacturing environments.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Manager.
- Proven experience in plant startups and manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR compliance.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (fluent in both spoken and written communication).
