HR Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage our HR Shared Services team. The role involves overseeing key HR functions including Labor Relations, HRIS, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and other support services, while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric team culture. The HRSS Manager will ensure efficient service delivery, compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and act as a strategic partner to business units and senior leadership.
