This role leads end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives and serves as a key advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture. The position balances operational HR execution with people‑first strategies that support business growth and engagement.
HR People & Culture Manager works closely with the Country Head and other managers and stakeholders and is responsible for overseeing a team of HR practitioners, including but not limited to Recruiters and Admin.
