DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
About the role: This role will report to the Regional HR Director Southern Europe and will support the execution of the HR agenda across Italy, Spain, Portugal and Israel. You will work closely with the Regional HR Director, local HR Advisors and business leaders to ensure consistency in HR practices, employee experience and people processes across the region. Acting as a key liaison between the local HR teams and the Regional HR Director, you will contribute to the successful implementation of HR priorities, talent initiatives and organizational projects while ensuring alignment with both global and local requirements.
