Administer recruitment and deployment process. Recruit, sourcing and select candidates with the right competencies and attitudes on a timely basis. Explore and determine effective recruitment channels. Assist and advise on the company work force requirements. Ensure full recruitment cycle follow procedure. Hiring negotiation and documentation preparation. Ensure new employee profile access setup in HR system. Draft and finalise job description with the respective department HOD. Sourcing for any ad-hoc project need related professional candidates.(B) Training & Development
