HR Manager, Lifecycle Contract Management - APAC

Position

Manager, Contracts Management – own the planning, implementation and service level for the Lifecycle Contracts Management team based in APAC (India, South East Asia and Japan). Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations Contracts Management.

Location

Fully remote. Priority given to applicants from APAC, but position is open worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject‑matter expert and escalation point for all Contract Management related topics.
• Provide guidance, coaching and development opportunities to direct reports to build a high‑performance team.
• Take full ownership of recruitment, training, skills enhancement, mentoring and supervision of the regional team to support their growth and development.
