This exciting role is an integral part of the Iberia Leadership Team and it is pivotal to support the General Managers and other LT members in driving People strategy & agenda. The HR Manager works closely with the Regional HR Director and the Regional HR Team, contributing to identify the current and future needs of the business within the local organization. The position plays a key role in design, adaptation, delivery and execution of HR strategies and acts as a single point of contact for the employees and line managers in the local organization. The incumbent will create, guide, drive and deliver the HR projects to ensure effective HR advisory and operational support to local management teams, line managers and employees.
