Key Responsibilities:
- Operationalizes people and culture plans that support the delivery of the People & Culture strategy & KPI’s compliance in alignment with our business plan and departmental business needs. Models the HPS Brand and Culture across HPS.
- Talent Acquisition. Identify, attract, select, and retain highly qualified people.
- Performance Management. Coordinates and ensure timely competition of the annual performance evaluation & merit process.
- Succession planning & development plans identifying future staffing needs and the required skills and to perform in these future roles.
- Implements change management plans and initiatives to communicate and facilitate change.
- Employee Engagement and Communication: Work across the organization to maximize employee engagement. Coordinate GPTW surveys administration and support Engagement action plans. Proactively develop a communication plan to our employees in the manufacturing site
