HR Manager (Full Spectrum) - SPAL

Our client is a Manufacturing company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their HR team, in hopes of developing the current high performing production team. They are located in the North – easily accessible.

Duties of HR Manager

• Identifying manpower needs and developing hiring strategies based on job market research and government policies.
• Advising on salary trends and adjusting compensation packages to stay competitive.
• Enhance Employee Welfare/Benefits by researching and recommending adjustments to benefits packages to remain competitive.
• Organizing activities and events to foster teamwork and morale.
• Ensuring HR procedures comply with ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Preparing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, coordinating with Operations, managing pre-employment processes, and maintaining employee profiles.
