We are looking for a HR Manager for a maternity leave substitute position of a fixed-term contract.
As a HR Manager you will oversee all HR operations for our Finnish entity and work as a HR partner for business. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution. You will work from our Espoo offices with a hybrid work model although occasional visits to our Loimaa site will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to management, fostering a positive, high-performance work environment aligned with business objectives.
Oversee all HR management activities in the employment lifecycle; recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement and offboarding.
Lead or support HR projects as required to drive organizational effectiveness.
