Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the HR team to deliver a complete HR service to the business
- Employee Relations:
- Manage absence, discipl'nary matters, grievances, sickness and other employee issues
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
- Performance Management: coach managers on performance‑management issues and processes
- Learning & Development: provide guidance on development for managers and their teams; implement the training and development agenda and identify areas needing improvement
- Recruitment & Retention: manage talent and succession planning; lead recruitment activity and campaigns
- Reward: advise and support employees on company benefits
- Policy & Procedures: implement new HR policies, procedures and processes; ensure all company policies and procedures are up‑to‑date and compliant with employment law; keep line managers updated on policy cha...
