This role partners closely with the GM Spain and local leadership team to deliver people strategies that support business performance, operational excellence, and a strong employee experience. Blending strategic HR business partnering with operational HR management, the role covers the full employee lifecycle and requires deep, practical expertise in Spanish employment law. You will act as the local authority on employee relations, compliance, and risk, while ensuring alignment with group HR frameworks and regional standards.
