Education:
- Matric
- Certificate / Degree will be advantageous
- Payroll Administration and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop and review job descriptions, ensuring accurate market benchmarks.
- BEE initiatives - Lead and oversee compliance.
- Development and implementation of employment equity plans.
- Support on conflict resolution and grievance procedures with both line managers and staff.
