A brand-new permanent position working as an HR Manager on a part-time basis. Hours of work will be between 16 and 20 hours per week, (flexible across 3 or 4 days per week).
The HR Manager will work on a part time basis successfully translating the UK business strategy into effective HR projects, policies, and practices ensuring legal compliance, supporting a high performing workforce, ensuring strong employee engagement and a future-proof organisational culture and structure.
Key areas of HR that the role covers are: -
Supporting organisational change, restructuring, transformation initiatives, ensuring employment law compliance
Driving engagement initiatives promoting company values and supporting performance management processes.
Responsible for strengthening leadership skills, coaching managers in their leadership roles
Supporting the development, implementation of HR policies and projects keeping HR policies up-to-date and fit for purpose
