Overview

Beech Hill School, part of the Family of Learning Trust, seeks an experienced HR Manager to support the Trust’s central team, school leaders, governors and trustees. The role is primarily based at the central team offices in Halifax (HX1), with travel required across all academies within the Trust.

Responsibilities

The HR Manager will provide an outstanding advisory and transactional HR function across the five primary schools. Key duties include:

• Operational management of all aspects of HR advisory on employment relations issues.
• Delivering day‑to‑day HR activities with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Working closely with executive team, headteachers, senior leaders and colleagues to attract, develop and retain talented staff.
• Advising leaders on workforce strategy, employee relations, organisational change, wellbeing and compliance.
