HR Manager – Manufacture of Food Products

Tagore lane; 5 days a week (Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Permanent role.

Basic salary plus variable bonus.

• Manage all HR functions—recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.
• Handle full‑cycle payroll processing.
• Oversee monthly manpower costs by accurately calculating, budgeting, and controlling all expenses.
• Perform general administrative tasks and manage onboarding/offboarding processes (uniforms, contracts, food hygiene certificates, etc.).
• Ensure employee information is up to date and accurate.
• Apply for, renew, and cancel work passes for foreign employees.
• Advise employees on HR-related and administrative matters (leave, recruitment, payroll, insurance, etc.).
