Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Attention to detail in all forms of communication, written and verbal.
- Operational HR functions, recruitment, Health & Safety, development, culture and engagement.
- Manage the Recruiting and On-Boarding process for all new employees including our one-day Rev up Program.
- Administer employee recognition program (OC Tanner).
- Manage the Performance Review process by running monthly status reports to ensure completion.
- Schedules require training for employees and follows up with employees and managers to ensure training is completed.
- Implement and lead an effective performance management system and staff development plans.
- Supports hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touchpoints and providing support where needed.
