Lonza is hiring an HR Manager for a 1‑year contract at our manufacturing site in Tuas, Singapore. The role is fully site‑based and supports the HR Business Partner team in Employee Relations & Advisory, HR Operations, and Data‑Driven HR & Insights.
Responsibilities
- Employee Relations & Advisory – Manage end‑to‑end ER cases (disciplinary actions, grievances, misconduct, performance matters). Conduct investigations, document cases, provide risk‑based advice to people managers, manage medical cases in partnership with the Occupational Health Nurse, and ensure compliance with Lonza policies and Singapore employment law.
- Identify ER and medical case trends, recommend risk mitigation and workplace improvement.
