- Leading and developing our HR team across two locations (5 employees)
- You ensure professional and legally compliant personnel management throughout Switzerland (including payroll accounting)
- You ensure efficient personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- You will further develop our HR strategy and implement it effectively
- You are a sparring partner to the management team on strategic and operational HR topics
- You manage HR controlling, key performance indicators, reporting, and budget processes
- You lead HR projects and successfully advance them together with internal and external partners
