You’ll support organisational change and guide decisions that are compliant, pragmatic, and aligned with our people values, combining strategic advisory work with hands‑on case handling.

Role

You’ll be part of HR Legal & Employee Relations where you, together with your colleagues, will advise on employment law, manage employee relations matters, and support organisational changes across APAC, primarily Malaysia and Taiwan. You’ll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to deliver consistent, practical legal solutions across markets.
