Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual L&D strategy covering technical, soft skills, leadership, and compliance training
Conduct training needs assessments and design effective learning solutions
Manage training delivery, vendors, and Learning Management System (LMS)
Measure program effectiveness and report results to management
Collaborate with HR and department heads to align development with talent plans
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; relevant certification is a plus
Minimum 3-5 years HR experience in training or learning and development with lead roles
Knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation frameworks
