HR Learning & Development Lead - BGC, Taguig (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual L&D strategy covering technical, soft skills, leadership, and compliance training

• Conduct training needs assessments and design effective learning solutions

• Manage training delivery, vendors, and Learning Management System (LMS)

• Measure program effectiveness and report results to management

• Collaborate with HR and department heads to align development with talent plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; relevant certification is a plus

• Minimum 3-5 years HR experience in training or learning and development with lead roles

• Knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation frameworks
